When everyone only sees their own work, deadlines slip. uboord is a smart, customizable taskboard that shows every task, owner, deadline and workload percentage in one place, and warns you before anyone goes over capacity.
Four reasons teams lose control of a month, and one pillar built against each.
01
Fair workload
Nobody carries the team in silence.
Load is measured, never sensed. Volume, duration, priority and overlap become one honest percentage, and uboord names the exact task that should move.
Weighted engine you can tune
Ceilings per person or team
Hidden peer work counted too
02
Smart tracking
Late is a signal, not a surprise.
Every card carries its own clock, its own progress and a color that moves alone. You read the state of the whole month without opening a single task.
Live countdown on every task
Eight stages, new to archived
Color turns before the date
03
Clear ownership
Every task has a name on it.
Work is assigned, reassigned and approved in the open, and each move is stamped. Employees hand tasks over, and the head hears about it the same moment.
Admins, leads and approvals
Peer task notices for heads
Stamped log on every action
04
Easy Management
Everyone sees exactly their level.
Admins govern departments, heads run delivery, employees see their own work. Boards are filed by month, and reports answer the awkward questions for you.
Monthly boards, custom columns
Role-scoped views, top down
Filters built for real questions
Four promises, and each one is checkable inside.
Fair workload, smart tracking, clear ownership, easy to manage. Open any screen in the product and you can see the promise being kept, or broken.
Every screen solves a real challenge teams face every day, giving you the visibility, control, and clarity to move work forward.

05The proof
Teams who made the switch.
Nine operators, three account shapes, one thing in common: they stopped guessing who was drowning.
1 / 3
Two people carried 70% of the work and we could not prove it. Six weeks in, the load chart was flat and slippage went rare.

The support request button changed our culture more than any policy did. People ask early now, because asking is a button.

As the owner I never touch a task. I open the dashboard, see nine departments, and know in thirty seconds which needs me.

Before you buy
What am I paying for on a Startup or Enterprise plan?
A governed taskboard workspace for the whole team: unlimited taskboards, workload visibility, approvals and reporting. Enterprise starts at $1,000 a month for 15 to 30 slots. Each extra block of 5 costs $50 from 35 to 50 slots, $75 from 55 to 100, and $100 from 105 to the 200-slot cap. That is $1,200 at 50 slots, $1,950 at 100, and $3,950 at 200. Startup is $100 a month for up to 10 members. Neither cap counts the account owner. Task file storage scales with the plan: 100 MB on Individual, 3 GB on Startup, and 10 GB for 15–30 Enterprise slots, 20 GB for 35–50, 30 GB for 55–100 and 50 GB for 105–200. Every single task file is capped at 5 MB, and deleting a file frees its space immediately.
How does uboord measure team workload?
Workload is a live percentage per person, not a guess. It reads the work each person is carrying against the capacity you set, so overload shows up as a number you can act on. Admins can tune the weighting to match how their team actually works.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Visibility follows your structure: owners see the roll-up, heads of department see their department, employees see their own work. Private boards stay private.
What happens to a task once it is finished?
It goes for review, and approval locks the record so the history stays clean. Nothing is deleted by accident, and removed work waits in Trash until you say otherwise.
Can I cancel, and what happens to our data?
Cancel any time from Billing; Individual is free forever with no card. Annual billing carries a discount, and your boards and reports stay readable for the rest of the paid period so you can export what you need.
Just getting to know us
What is uboord in one sentence?
Task tracking software where every task has an owner, a delivery date and a visible workload, so you find out who is overloaded on Monday, not on Friday.
Which account fits me?
Individual if you are one person tracking your own pipeline, and it is free. Startup for a single team of up to ten members. Enterprise for departments, heads of department and an owner who needs the roll-up.
Do I need to train my team?
No. A card is a name, a person, a countdown and a colour that changes on its own. Most teams are running their first taskboard the same morning.
Will people feel watched?
uboord measures load, not keystrokes. The point is to prove one person is carrying too much and name the task that can move. It is a fairness conversation, not a blame one.
How long before we see a difference?
Your first taskboard takes minutes. Capacity planning becomes useful after a couple of weeks of real tasks, and most teams even out their delivery load within six.
